Nessa lashes are a full but whispy lash that has a slight cat eye effect. It is perfect median between whispies and dramatic minks. I made this style for the glow girl that have small eyes but still want drama without over powering their eye. If you have lots of lid space you can still rock this style for a more toned down glam look.
